Renfrew have confirmed that midfielder Cammy Kerr has left the club to join West of Scotland First Division rivals Kilwinning Rangers.
Kerr signed for the New Western Park outfit in the 2021/22 season and went on to make 84 appearances, scoring 13 goals along the way.
However, he will play his football at Buffs Park next season, having perhaps caught the attention of Kilwinning bosses when he netted twice for Renfrew in a 2-1 victory against his new club at the start of the 2023/24 campaign.
Kerr was part of the Renfrew side that won a double in the 2022/23 season, having clinched the First Division title as well as the Strathclyde Demolition Cup.
In a social media post, a Renfrew spokesperson said: “We’d like to say thanks and good luck to Cammy Kerr as he moves on from the club after signing with Kilwinning Rangers for the 2024/25 season.
“He leaves as a league and cup winner with Frew and we wish him well.”
