Hundreds of snooker players descended on Renfrew at the weekend to take part in a prestigious event.
Inn Off Snooker Club, in London Road, hosted the 10th editions of the Q Club and The Plate competitions, which took place over Saturday and Sunday.
A total of 26 teams of eight players across Scotland participated in the event, with teams Inn-Off A, Inn-Off B and Paisley Comrades representing Renfrewshire.
Alan Murphy, co-ordinator at Inn Off Snooker Club, told The Gazette: "We are delighted that one of our teams, Inn-Off A, reached the final of the Plate competition, just narrowly losing to a great team from the West of Scotland region.
"Paisley Comrades reached the semi-final and were beaten by the Inn Off A.
"Over the whole weekend, there were teams from Aberdeen, Dumfries, Moray, Edinburgh and even from Inverness and the Borders, and that was just a few of the 26 that had entered."
Alan said the the standard of snooker displayed during the competition was high and everyone who took part had a great experience.
He added: "It wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the Singh Family at the Inn Off for their commitment and investment and the owners of the other clubs helping to promote snooker in Scotland along with the Stuart Johnson and Thomas Moran from the Scottish Counties Organisation."
