Johnstone Burgh manager Jamie McKim has tipped Graham Dorrans to have a "massive" influence at the club after completing a shock swoop for the former Scotland star.
Dorrans, 36, has played for the likes of Rangers, Norwich and West Brom during a glittering career, as well as earning 12 caps for his country.
Burgh fans can now look forward to seeing him in action at Keanie Park, with McKim admitting he is "buzzing" about the prospect of working with him.
“I first met Graham four years ago on a UEFA licence course and we’ve kept in touch," said McKim.

“We almost had the deal done at the end of February because I wanted him for the end of this season but we couldn’t get it done for a number of reasons.
“He has never played at this level before, so I think he felt he had to go and do a bit of due diligence and make sure he was doing the right thing. He’s been at a few of our games and training sessions for a look and now he’s signed up and committed to start next season with us.
“It’s not just about having somebody with that experience and ability, it’s also the type of person he is. He’s very reserved and his own person, he’s not a big ego.
“I think he will be a massively positive influence in the dressing room and will lead by example in the way he trains and plays. I’m buzzing that he is in and I can’t wait to start working with him.”

Meanwhile, McKim has expressed his disappointment after Burgh suffered a 5-0 defeat at Drumchapel United on Saturday.
He said: “The goals we gave away were so cheap. I don’t think we’ve made Drumchapel work for any of their goals.
“I always say to the players they should bring their best every time they train or play and Saturday just wasn’t good enough.”
Burgh return to Keanie Park this Saturday as they face Gartcairn in their final home game of the season, with kick-off at 2pm.
