A Renfrewshire paedo who abused two young boys in Glasgow has died behind bars.
William Quigg, from Bridge of Weir, passed away at HMP Dumfries on Monday, November 11, 2024.
The 83-year-old brute was caged in 2019 for historic sex abuse crimes against two boys more than three decades ago.
The paedophile first targeted his victims when they were aged just 12.

In 2019, we reported how the creep was locked up for 10 years for the offences which took place between 1980 and 1986 at various addresses in Glasgow.
The former Scout leader admitted sexually abusing one boy when the victim was aged between 12 and 15 but denied raping the other boy and sexually abusing him from the age of 12 to 16.
Neither of the youngsters were in the Scouts.
The beast was convicted of all the abuse by a jury at the High Court in Glasgow in February 2019.
After that, in March of that year, he was locked up for 10 years when he appeared for sentencing at the High Court of Livingston.
The once-respected community figure, who rose through the ranks to become a Scout Commissioner, showed no emotion as Judge Lord Burns handed down the sentence.
Following his death earlier this month, the Scottish Prison Service (SPS) said Police Scotland has been advised and the matter has been reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
Meanwhile, a Fatal Accident Inquiry will be held in due course.
A spokesperson for the SPS said: “Every death, whether in prison custody or in our communities, is a tragedy for all those who knew and supported the individual.
“Following the death of someone in our care, Police Scotland are advised, and the matter reported to the Procurator Fiscal.
"Fatal Accident Inquiries are held in due course.”
