Every week, The Gazette publishes death notices and funeral announcements from the families of loved ones who have passed away.
As well as appearing in print, our death notice pages will remain online as a lasting tribute to the memory of those we have lost.

Passed away peacefully at the Royal Alexandra Hospital on Sunday 3rd November 2024, aged 93 years. A much-loved Dad to Mary, James, and Joan.

Peacefully, at home, on Wednesday 6th November 2024, Thia, beloved wife of the late Jim, dearly loved mum of Jim, loving mother-in-law of Christine and much loved gran of Heather, Rory and Molly. Funeral Service at St Andrew’s Parish Church on Friday 15th November at 10.

Alastair McWilliam
(Formerly of Eldershire and Kilbarchan)Peacefully passed away in hospital after a life well lived, on 26th October 2024, surrounded by his family, aged 87 years. Beloved husband of Flora, much loved dad of Alan and Karen, and devoted grandpa of Emma and Thomas.
