A homebuilder is inviting residents to a second consultation on its Lochwinnoch housing plan for 100 new homes.
The event is to gather feedback on the proposed development on Burnfoot Road which will include 75 homes for private sale and 25 affordable homes.
This follows the first consultation on September 12, where 150 people attended and 100 shared their thoughts.
Cala Homes (West) will present how this feedback has been incorporated into the master plan as they progress with a planning application to Renfrewshire Council.
The second consultation will take place on October 30 from 1pm to 7pm at the McKillop Institute.
The site has been allocated for housing within the Renfrewshire Local Development Plan 2021.
Gillian Hessett, land manager at Cala Homes, said: "We were pleased to see a strong turn-out at the first event and helpfully, 100 people shared their feedback.
"This is vital as we refine proposals that will importantly enhance the local community with high-quality and sustainable homes.
"Scotland currently faces a housing emergency and we must progress with the delivery of private and affordable homes in a bid to remedy the imbalance between supply and demand.
"Cala Homes (West) has been a long-standing neighbour in Renfrewshire with our Gilchrist Gardens development in Erskine creating a much-loved place to call home by many local people."
The site will also feature green spaces, a play area, a village green, and active travel routes connecting to the wider community.
