A 37-year-old has been arrested and charged following a disturbance which led to a man being hospitalised.
Three other men were also injured in the incident in the Inchinnan Road area of Renfrew last night.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 6.30pm on Thursday, October 3, 2024, we were called to a report of a disturbance in the Inchinnan Road area of Renfrew.
“Emergency services attended and a 61-year-old man was taken to hospital for treatment.
"Three other men, aged 64, 56 and 37 were also injured.
“A 37-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and is expected to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court on Friday, October 4, 2024.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
