Police Scotland are to host an event this week for those interested in volunteering with the organisation.
The special constable information session will be held on Friday, September 27 at the Lagoon in Paisley.
Renfrewshire and Inverclyde divisional learning and development team will be there between 10am and 12pm to promote the role.
Further sessions will also be taking place in Renfrewshire over the next week and a half.
These will at the ON-X Linwood on Tuesday, October 1 between 10am and 12pm, and at Johnstone Town Hall on the same day between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
A session is also set to take place at Paisley Library on Friday, October 4 between 12.30pm and 2.30pm.
