A MAN and a woman have been arrested after allegedly causing a 'disturbance' within a takeaway shop in Paisley.
Officers responded to the scene on Causeyside Street after the alarm was raised at around 7.15pm on Saturday, August 24.
A 31-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man were arrested and charged in connection.
They will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.15pm on Saturday, August 24, 2024, we were called to an ongoing incident where a man and a woman were causing a disturbance within a takeaway shop in Causeyside Street, Paisley.
“Officers attended and a 31-year-old woman and a 48-year-old man were arrested and charged in connection and will be the subject of a report to the Procurator Fiscal.”
