A FREE fun day will be taking place in Johnstone this weekend.
Active Communities, a health and wellbeing charity, has organised the event for Saturday, August 10 at Station Seven, Quarry Street.
Between 11am and 3pm, there will be a wide range of activities for all ages.
There will be stalls, performances, refreshments, face painting, glitter tattoos, cupcake decorating, crafts, and classic fun fair games such as the coconut shy and hook-a-duck.
Attendees will also enjoy an exciting performance by the Song & Dance Factory at 12pm, followed by a Kids Glow Party at 1.30pm.

Additionally, Callan’s Cafe, which previously ran out of Walkinshaw Church, will offer a variety of tasty, freshly made treats.
Meanwhile, the vibrant tunes of local radio station, Johnstone Sound, will create a lively atmosphere throughout the day.
