A popular Johnstone eatery has announced an opening date for its move to a new home.
As we previously reported, Callan’s Café previously ran out of Walkinshaw Church, but is joining up with Active Communities Station Seven at 7 Quarry Street.
This is part of new pop-up partnership for the next couple of months.
Yesterday (Thursday, August 1), the café confirmed that it will be welcoming customers from next Friday (August 9).
A post on their Facebook page said: “Hi everyone, Confirmed Opening Date - Friday 9th August “Looking forward to seeing you all again.”
The cafe's new opening times will be as follows: 12.15pm to 3pm on Fridays, 10am to 3pm on Saturdays and 10am to 3pm on Mondays.
The move follows a temporary closure of the café on July 5 with a promise to be back soon.
Station Seven will offer up its state-of-the-art kitchen facilities to let Callans Cafe continue to serve its fresh menu.
