Braehead Shopping Centre’s free ‘Summer of Fun’ event got underway this weekend, and will be running daily until July 22, offering a great day out for the whole family.
The summer celebration includes a host of family fun for children of all ages, including a ‘ball pool extravaganza’ and retro gaming zones.
Located in the central atrium, the giant 64 square metre multicoloured ball pool contains an impressive 100,000 balls. It will be open for pre-school sessions running daily from 11am-11.30am exclusively for children under five, who must be accompanied by an adult.
The ‘Summer of Fun’ also features two retro gaming zones, allowing you to challenge friends and family to a choice of games and see who comes out on top.
Emma McDougall, marketing manager at Braehead Shopping Centre, said: “Our ball pool is sure to be a hit throughout the summer holidays alongside our retro gaming zones.
“With a host of free activities for the whole family, 'Summer of Fun’ at Braehead Shopping Centre isn't one to be missed. We look forward to welcoming shoppers to explore all things fashion, food and fun throughout the centre, creating a perfect day out.”
