The Scottish Fiddle Orchestra is set to grace Paisley Town Hall for the first time.
Known for its lively traditional Scottish music, the orchestra will be at the newly renovated hall on Saturday, October 28, giving concertgoers an experience of traditional and modern styles of Scotland's music.
The 90-strong ensemble led by conductor Blair Parham will be performing alongside up-and-coming tenor Christopher Haggerty.
Adding to the evening's line-up is Scottish entertainer and member of the group Manran, Gary Innes, who will serve as the compere, while local favourites, the Renfrewshire Schools Pipe Band with Pipe Major Keith Bowes, will team up with the orchestra.
The performance starts at 7.30pm and tickets are available to purchase at https://tinyurl.com/35pm8ks7.
For more than 40 years, the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra has captivated audiences worldwide.
Their performances feature reels and jigs, strathspeys, marches, and moving slow airs.
Bob Diament, chairman of the Scottish Fiddle Orchestra, said: "We can’t wait to visit the newly refurbished Paisley Town Hall.
"We’re honoured to be joined by the incredible Christopher Haggerty and Renfrewshire’s very own Schools Pipe Band, whose rousing performances never fail to delight.
"We hope to see people of all ages join us for what is sure to be a fantastic evening of live music."
