A busy street in Paisley has been closed due to an ongoing emergency incident.
Police have said Gilmour Street in the town is shut between County Square and High Street due to a building blaze.
The force revealed the fire was reported shortly after 5.30am this morning (Monday, April 15).
The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service has confirmed they are in attendance at the incident.
Currently, fire five trucks are on the scene battling the blaze.
It is unclear if anyone has been injured during the fire.
