A major bus firm has been nominated for a huge award at a prestigious event.
McGill's Group have been shortlisted for the Public Transport Operator of the Year at the 2024 Scottish Transport Awards.
In total, the travel company received nine nominations for the event.
The award ceremony will take place at the Glasgow Marriott Hotel on June 20, 2024.
It aims to bring the transport community together to recognise and celebrate industry achievements across the country.
Here are all the categories McGill's have been nominated in:
Best Bus Service:
- ClydeFlyer at McGill's
- Unilink at Midland Bluebird
Contribution to Sustainable Transport:
- McGill's and Zenobē bring more electric buses to Johnstone, Inchinnan and Greenock
Excellence in Travel Information and Marketing:
- Transformation and Growth at Midland Bluebird
Frontline Employee of the Year:
- Kary-Ann McGregor (Driver at Xplore Dundee)
- Kian Greene (Network Support Officer at Xplore Dundee)
- Mohammad Ramzan (Driver at Xplore Dundee)
Excellence in Transport Accessibility:
- McGill's Group’s Royal National Institute of Blind People (RNIB) Training Programme

- McGill's Group
