A B-listed building in Renfrewshire has been put up for auction with proposed plans to convert it into flats at the ready.
The former West Parish Church on Church Street in Kilbarchan has been listed for a whopping £675,000.
The iconic building was built sometime close to the 1900s and is near a busy residential location in the Renfrewshire village.

Now, it is on auction with planning permission pre-approved to be turned into 17 flats, which was granted in October 2021.
Currently, inside the beautiful church, the premises come as it was previously used with a number of meeting rooms and offices.
Stairs which can be found on both the south and north sides of the building will grant access to two galleries.
Outside, a car park is on offer with vehicle access gained directly from Church Street.
The auction is hosted by Shepherd Chartered Surveyors and is set to feature 30 commercial properties and development land located across Scotland.
A live stream of the event will take place on Thursday, April 18 at 2.30pm.
