Part of a major motorway near Glasgow Airport is closed after an emergency incident earlier this morning.
The closure comes as lane 2 on the M8 at junction 29 to Bishopton to allow for the barrier to be repaired after it was damaged.
We Previously reported that people heading down the stretch of road would be delayed earlier this morning.
Traffic Scotland says that delays to drivers are estimated to be 17 minutes.
It is not known the length of time the lane will be closed.
A post by the traffic firm said: "Delays on the Westbound carriageway due to an earlier collision.
"Lane 2 is closed due to emergency roadworks due to barrier damage.
"Delays approx. 17 mins."
