A WOMAN has been rushed to hospital following a crash in Johnstone.
999 crews, including a special operations team, attended Barrochan Road at 8.42am this morning after a two-car crash.
One woman was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital in Paisley.
A Scottish Ambulance Service spokesperson said: “We received a call at 8.42am to attend a two-car road traffic crash on Barrochan Road, Johnstone.
"We dispatched one ambulance and one special operations response team (SORT) to the scene. One patient was transported to Royal Alexandra Hospital, Paisley.”
A Police Scotland spokesperson added: “We received a report of a crash involving two cars on Barochan Road, Johnstone, around 8.50am on Tuesday, March 26, 2024.
“One woman was taken to hospital for treatment.”
