A planning application has been submitted to change the use of a vacant retail unit to a hot food takeaway.
The proposals for Unit D at 12 Springbank Road in Paisley were submitted in January and validated by Renfrewshire Council on Tuesday, March 5.
Permission is also being sought to erect a flue.
If granted, a sales area, service counter and kitchen would be created within the existing premises.
The local authority is yet to decide on the plans.
