A MAJOR contractor is hosting an annual careers evening in Paisley next month.
Clarks Contracts will offer apprenticeship and trainee positions across areas such as site management, quantity surveying, finance, IT, joinery, painting and decorating, and plastering.
The open evening will take place on March 5 between 5.30pm and 6.30pm. It will be held at Clark Contracts' head office on McFarlane Street.
Gordon Cunningham, managing director at Clark Contracts, said: "Our careers evening is an important part of our year with over 100 people joining us in 2023.
"In recent years we have continued to invest heavily in the training of our employees, and are committed to creating new opportunities within construction and supporting future talent into the industry."
The company's Recruitment and HR Team will be in attendance, alongside representatives from Invest in Renfrewshire, modern apprenticeship provider Microcom, and Skills Development Scotland.
Attendees will also have a chance to meet a range of the contractor’s current employees to find out more about careers at Clark Contracts.
The company invests £750, 000 every year into employee training and continual development.
