A Paisley Post Office that was set to open in March 2023 has been given a revised opening date.
The previous office on Netherhill Road in Paisley closed in April 2021 after the Postmaster's resignation.
We previously reported last year that a new branch on Gallowhill Road was set to open in 2023, however, it was delayed for unspecified reasons.

Now, with "matters being finalised" the site is set to open on Thursday, March 21 this year.
The opening hours will be Monday to Friday: 9am–5.30pm and Saturday: 9am–1pm.
There will be a Post Office counter alongside the retail counter of the convenience store.
A similar range of products and services will continue to be available, however, excluding National Lottery, Vehicle Tax and Travel Insurance On Demand.
The Post Office is gathering feedback from the public about the branch through an online consolation. People who wish to give their feedback can do so HERE or at postofficeviews.co.uk with the branch code 112859.
Submissions can also be made via email to comments@postoffice.co.uk, by post to Freepost YOUR COMMENTS, or by telephone 03452 66 01 15 or Textphone 03457 22 33 55.
Scott Hamilton, Post Office network provision lead, said: “We are delighted to be restoring Post Office services to Gallowhill as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.
"The opening hours will also make it very convenient to visit.”
