A MAN has been arrested after allegedly carrying knives and drugs.
The incident took place on Douglas Street yesterday afternoon (Wednesday, January 10) as cops were patrolling the Paisley area.
Officers had stopped the man who was acting suspiciously, and checks revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest.
After searching the male, they also discovered that he was reportedly carrying two knives and a quantity of drugs.
The 26-year-old was arrested and is set to appear in court.
