999 crews rushed to a blaze on a busy street in Renfrew yesterday afternoon.
It comes after the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service attended a fire within signage at a shop on Fulbar Street at around 1.20pm on Wednesday, December 27.
Two fire vehicles were sent to the scene where crews battled the blaze.
A spokesperson for the Scottish Fire and Rescue Service said: "We were alerted at 1.24pm on Wednesday, December 27, to reports of a fire within signage at a shop.
"Operations control mobilised two fire appliances where crews extinguished the fire.
"Crews left after ensuring the area was made safe."
