A NEW bar and restaurant has opened its doors in Paisley.

It comes after Weavers, which is based on Stow Brae in the town, officially opened on Thursday, December 14.

Announcing the news on social media, the eatery showed off its amazing transformation work of the venue.

Meanwhile, in another post, they said: "We're open and we can't wait to see you all.

"Walk-ins only this weekend, and bookings diary live from Monday.

"Thank you to every single person who helped us open our doors tonight. Proud is an understatement."

Following the transformation reveal, punters shared their excitement for the new restaurant on social media.

One said: "Looks great."

Another added: Looks amazing! Can't wait to pop by."

While a third chimed: "Looking fab."
