We’re taking a look back at what was happening across Renfrewshire this time 10 years ago.
We delved into the Gazette archives from Wednesday, December 25, 2013, to find and share some photos from that week’s edition of the paper.

2. Pupils at Park Mains High, in Erskine, took part in the TSB U14 Girls Sevens finals at Toryglen Football Centre, in Glasgow.
3. A Christmas fair at Elderslie Kirk got everyone into the festive spirit as families from the local community turned up to meet Santa and browse the stalls.
4. Councillors Derek Bibby and Chris Gilmour welcomed the restoration of a bus shelter in Graham Street, Johnstone.
5. Pupils at Woodlands Primary, in Linwood, dazzled in their Christmas nativity show.
6. Drivers in Renfrewshire were reminded of the tough legal and personal consequences of drink driving over the festive period.
