A man has been arrested for an alleged drink-driving offence in Brookfield.
Police traced the 54-year-old driver after receiving a report of a car being driven erratically in Victoria Road at around 6.20pm on Sunday, December 10.
It is claimed the suspect failed a roadside breath test after his vehicle was found to be damaged.
He was taken into custody and is due to appear at court at a later date.

A police spokesperson said: "At 6.20pm on Sunday, December 10, police were contacted in relation to a car being driven erratically on Victoria Road, Brookfield.
"Police attended and traced the vehicle with accident damage.
"The male driver, aged 54, was also traced and failed the roadside breath test.
"He was arrested for driving whilst under the influence of alcohol and will appear at court at a later date."
