A clearing up operation will be staged this weekend to help keep a Renfrewshire cemetery spick and span.
The clean-up project will take place at Hawkhead Cemetery, in Paisley, on Saturday, December 2 and Sunday, December 3.
The event has been organised by Friends of Hawkhead Cemetery, which was set up last year by businessman Desmond Barr in response to complaints about the "disgraceful" state of the Paisley graveyard.
A spokesperson for the group said: "Help us tidy the fallen branches and other debris and generally improve the condition of the cemetery.

"Please ensure that you wear suitable clothing and footwear.
"If you are able to provide any brushes, shovels, rakes and gloves, this would be a great help."
The clean-up project will take place between noon and 2pm each day.
