A man has been taken to hospital following a car crash in Paisley in the early hours of this morning.
Emergency services rushed to the scene in Hawkhead Road at around 5.25am on Friday, November 17.
Images shared with The Gazette show the car on its roof, with a section of a low wall partly-demolished by the impact of the crash.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "Around 5.25am on Friday, November 17, officers were called to reports of a single vehicle crash on Hawkhead Road, Paisley.
"Emergency services attended and a man was taken to Royal Alexandra Hospital by ambulance."
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson added: "We were alerted at 5.30am on Friday, November 17, to reports of a road traffic collision involving one private vehicle on Hawkhead Road, Paisley.
"Operations Control mobilised two appliances to the scene.
"Crews left after ensuring the area was made safe."
