Hundreds of Boy's Brigade members have taken part in special events across Renfrewshire to celebrate 140 years of their organisation.
Around 500 boys and officers participated in a Praise Event in Renfrew North Parish Church earlier this month.
A Praise Band led the event, with the recently-ordained Battalion Chaplain Steven Henderson giving a speech focused on the theme of 'Pass It On'.
A spokesperson for the Boy's Brigade said: "Those present were the messengers for the next generation of young people.
"Indeed a lot of hot air was expounded in the blowing up of beach balls and when the slogan was used, the balls were passed on by patting them in the air.
"The message was truly 'Passed On'."
Companies throughout Paisley and District have also held birthday parties with cake games and quizzes that aimed to highlight the 'Pass It On' message among members of the local community.
