A Lochwinnoch woman who runs a lash business has been shortlisted for a prestigious award.
Beth Davies, 27, is a finalist in the Best Lash Technician category at the annual Scotlands Business Awards.
Her nomination follows hot on the heels of success in the same category at the Renfrewshire Business Awards in May.
Beth, who runs her business Blynque in Lochwinnoch's High Street, told The Gazette: "It's brilliant, I can't believe it.
"I have been doing this for a few years now and it's only in the last year that I've gone full-time.

"I used to work in a bank but they made me redundant during Covid, so I thought, 'I'm just going to go for it' and ever since, I've been fully booked, which is great."
The lash technician works alongside her mum Alison at beauty salon Boutique 71, which was named Best Nail Salon in last year's Scotlands Business Awards.
Beth said: "I get on really well with everyone that comes in, I think people like the dynamic between me and mum in here.
"It's quite a chill place and some people just come in for a chat sometimes, as it's very welcoming."
