OneRen’s October Programme is set to return with plenty of action-packed activities for children and young people during the school holidays.
The camps and sessions will be on every weekday from Monday, October 16 to Friday October 20 at the ON-X, in Linwood.
There are a range of sessions at the Lagoon Centre, Paisley and a number of outdoor activities taking place in the countryside.
Fiona Watson, OneRen’s sport and health services manager told the Gazette: “The last thing we want is for our children and young people to say is they’re bored during the October school holidays and thanks to OneRen we’ve got a packed programme of activities on offer.
“From multi-sport camps to getting active in Scotland’s incredible outdoors, we’re building on the success of our previous seasonal programmes, which have become very popular.
“There really is something for everyone to enjoy during the October break – come and join us.”
Young people who are in primary up to those in S6 in secondary school can attend.
They will be able to experience different types of sports and themed days, as well as arts and crafts during the activity camps.
Active Families Disability Sport and Disability Dance sessions will also be held as part of the programme.
The outdoor programme will include gorge walking, rock climbing, mountain biking and paddlesports sessions.
