A former bookmakers in Erskine is to be transformed into a hot food takeaway.
In February this year, an application was submitted to the local authority for Unit 1 at Bargarran Shopping Centre, which had been occupied by Ladbrokes.
The proposal submitted by agent Steven Govan on behalf of applicant MHR Pension Trust has now been approved subject to conditions.

The planning documents stated: "The application seeks planning consent for a change of use from a bookmakers to a hot food takeaway at a commercial unit, within the Bargarran Shopping Centre in Erskine.
"The unit is located within a development of other commercial uses, that include retail, GP surgery, public house and hot food.
"The unit is single storey in height and a flue would be installed to the rear of the premises."
