1. The people and organisations behind Paisley's Fair Trade movement gathered to celebrate the 10th anniversary of its Fairtrade Town status.
2. Renfrew woman Terri Doyle was preparing to jet off to the USA's Grand Canyon to take part in a fundraising trek for charity Help a Capital Child.
3. Kilbarchan Primary staff and pupils were celebrating the opening of a new adventure playground at the school.
4. Johnstone parents are demanding their views be heard after it was claimed school and nursery closures were "inevitable."
5. Bowfield Hotel and Country Club took over the village's annual summer fete event to help raise community spirit and money for St Vincent's Hospice.
6. Dedicated members of 1st Inchinnan Scout Group raised more than £1,000 for the community by holding their annual craft and coffee morning.
