DRIVERS are set to face disruption as a major road in Paisley will be closed next week.
The southbound carriageway of Hurlet Road will be shut between Grahamston Road to Barrhead Road on Tuesday, August 29 and Wednesday, August 30 from 9.30am until 4pm each day.
It will be closed to facilitate essential works to reinstate sections of worn high friction surfacing and repair accident-damaged street light apparatus.
The works were originally meant to be completed last week, however, due to “inclement weather”, they have been delayed.
