Residents in Elderslie have been meeting up together to enjoy new exercise equipment.
An outdoor gym was recently installed at Queens Road Play Park and is already proving popular with fitness enthusiasts.
A Facebook group called 'Elderslie Exercisers' has now been formed to allow local residents to meet up and work out together at the site.
Anne-Marie Balfour, treasurer at Elderslie Community Council, said it was "brilliant" that regular fitness sessions were being organised at the outdoor gym.
She told The Gazette: "The community council is over the moon that the facilities are being used.
"The equipment was installed really quickly and it looks amazing.
"This project is building on the community council's aim to make this area a focus for the village.
"We've got plans to install pergolas and further enhance with the area with trees, shrubs and seating."
