Twinkle-toed youngsters from a Johnstone-based dance school have been scooping up awards over the summer.
A number of young people from Gillian Whyte School of Dance have been impressing judges at several competitions recently held in Scotland.
Among the youngest winners were Charlotte Stewart and Laurie Barret, who are both five years old.
Charlotte has been crowned classical and cabaret champion in the five years category at the Kingdom of the Loch dance festival, as well as cabaret champion in the five years category at the West of Scotland stage festival.
Laurie was named classical champion in the five years category at the West of Scotland stage festival.
Meanwhile, Ella Ferguson and Orlaith Murphy have been crowned juvenile acro champion and juvenile tap champion respectively at the Kingdom of the Loch dance festival.
Aanya Thapar, Ava Morrison, Gracie McGregor, Millie McFarlane and Krista McSwegan were also finalists in West of Scotland stage festival.
Gillian Whyte, owner and principal teacher at the Johnstone-based dance school, said: "To gain a place in a championship final when they are sometimes dancing in a first round of 40 to 50 dancers is incredible, never mind to be crowned a title winner so I am incredibly proud of all the hard work and persistence these children have shown continually throughout their summer holidays.
"They learn such transferable life skills I think, and they can take pride in what they are doing while keeping fit and healthy over the summer.
"They also make bonds with the kids at the competitions and friendships are such lovely things to see develop."
Gillian Whyte School of Dance holds classes at its studio in Floors Street, Johnstone, and Kilbarchan Scout Hall.
