Plans for a new health and medical facility in Renfrew have been submitted to Renfrewshire Council.
Bosses at Circle Health Group are hoping to use the ground floor of the Sonas Building, in 3 Kings Inch Place, which contains office space.
The application site would be used for physiotherapy, a pre-assessment centre and administrative offices, as well as a small laboratory.
A planning statement, prepared by agent company Walsingham Planning, said the new facility would create 25 new jobs.

It explained: "The proposal will provide a health care and medical care facility that will improve the overall health care and medical offer in Renfrewshire. The proposal, therefore, brings a significant social planning benefit.
"The proposal needs to be in this location as the spaces within the building will work alongside existing spaces within the neighbouring Ross Hall, Braehead Clinic.
"There are significant operational benefits of the two being in proximity to each other that ensures that the optimal health care offer can be provided.
"Thus, the proposal is in a sequential preferable location and will maximise the offer that can be delivered to the benefit of the residents of Renfrewshire."
Renfrewshire Council has not yet made a decision on the application.
