Football enthusiasts are set to embrace the beautiful game together this weekend in memory of people lost to suicide.
The James McElhinney Memorial Tournament will be staged at the ON-X sports centre in Linwood on Saturday, starting at 10am.
It is being organised by Kickin' On, which was initially set up in 2020 as an exercise and talking therapy group to help ease the burden on those suffering with poor mental health.

A spokesperson for the charity described the event as "a day for our community to come together to remember our friend and the other young men from our community we have lost to suicide."
As well as the football tournament, there will be activities such as face painting and inflatables on offer for youngsters.
There will also be the chance to win prizes in a raffle and tombola, along with a variety of tasty food and hot drinks.
