MORE than 7,500 people gathered at Holmpark Sports Ground on Saturday for Bishopton's 51st annual gala day.
A parade of floats, led by St Columba's Pipe Band from Bishopton Primary, featured vintage cars and children donning fancy dress.
Activities including bouncy castles and a variety of games were able to keep everyone entertained, while bargain hunters were able to browse through a wide variety of stalls.
Local produce was available to buy from the Renfrewshire Farmers Market, with lots of tasty food and refreshments also on offer.
A variety of musical acts performed on the main stage, including Feeva, Olivia McDonald, Grace Notes choir, Allan Purvis, Fudge Machine and Zoey the Lady Bugg.
Performers from local dance schools also wowed audiences with their energetic routines, while local fitness instructor Zumba George led a fun workout session.
After the day of fun, many attendees took to social media to praise the organisers of the event.
One said: "What a fantastic day! My girls absolutely loved being part of the parade."
Another wrote: "Thank you so much to the organisers and volunteers that made the best Bishopton Day to date! Just keeps getting bigger and better. Well done!"
A third added: "Fabulous day that topped last year, well done to all and thank you."
