A snake which was abandoned in Renfrew is now in safe care after being collected by the Scottish SPCA.
The reptile was found in Edward Avenue on Tuesday, June 13.
After collecting the snake, the Scottish SPCA confirmed the snake was now in the care of its Glasgow centre.

The animal welfare charity, which is not planning to rehome the reptile, has now issued an appeal for information.
A spokesperson for the Scottish SPCA said: "This snake was found in Edward Avenue in Renfrew on June 13.
"They are now in the care of our Glasgow centre. If you recognise this animal or have any information please call 03000 999 999."
