AN appeal has been launched to help trace the owners of a cat found with newborn kittens in Paisley.
The Scottish SPCA said they found a female cat at the Underwood Road recycling centre in the town on Friday, May 5.
The animal has since been taken into care at the charity’s Dumbarton centre.
In a social media post, the Scottish SPCA said: “Please note, this is not a rehoming post. Please only contact us if you have relevant information.
“This female cat was found with newborn kittens at the Underwood Road recycling plant in Paisley on May 5.
“She is now in the care of our Dumbarton centre.
“If you recognise this animal or have any information please call 03000 999 999.”
