A MAN has been charged after allegedly approaching children in the street in Renfrewshire.
Cops say they received four reports of "youngsters being approached by a man" in the Johnstone Castle area between April 24-29.
A 46-year-old was arrested following an investigation.
He was also charged and is now due to appear in court.
Police have thanked the local community for their assistance with the investigation.
