A MAN has been arrested after reportedly being found acting suspiciously near homes in Paisley.
It is claimed the 38-year-old was spotted in gardens in Barskiven Circle at around 4.50pm on Monday.

The man was traced by officers and taken into custody.
He was charged with two counts of being in the curtilage of an area without lawful authority.
The suspect is due to appear at Paisley Sheriff Court today.
