A Post Office in Renfrewshire will reopen at a new location in March.
Gallowhill Post Office, in Paisley, was previously situated in 74 Netherhill Road but closed in April 2021 due to the resignation of the Postmaster.
It has now been announced that the local branch will now reopen its doors at 301 Gallowhill Road on Thursday, March 23.
The opening hours of the Post Office will be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, and Saturday, 9am to 1pm.
There will be a Post Office counter alongside the retail counter of the convenience store.
A similar range of products and services will continue to be available, except for National Lottery, Vehicle Tax and Travel Insurance On Demand.
Scott Hamilton, Post Office Network Provision Lead, said: "We are delighted to be restoring Post Office services to Gallowhill as we know how important a Post Office is to a community.
"The opening hours will also make it very convenient to visit."
Local residents have been invited to give their feedback on the plans as part of a consultation, which will run until Friday, February 24.
