A HOME improvements firm has hailed a new sponsorship deal with a talented Renfrewshire boxer as a perfect fit.
Kitchen and bathroom specialists Instyle agreed the latest tie-up with Callen McAulay as he prepares to return to the ring for his first fight in more than two years.
Callen, who is a former pupil at Trinity High School, in Renfrew, will be in action at the Beach Ballroom, in Aberdeen, on Friday night for a welterweight contest against an as-yet-unnamed opponent.
Craig Douglas, managing director at Paisley-based Instyle, is convinced 23-year-old Callen – who has seven wins from seven fights in his professional career – is destined for greatness.
He said: “I think you’re looking at the next big superstar in boxing.”
Callen’s return to the ring will be shown on streaming service Fightzone. For more details, search for ‘Callen McAulay’ on Facebook or follow callenmcaulay on Instagram.
