THE NUMBER of cases of coronavirus in NHS Greater Glasgow and Clyde has risen once again.
The Scottish Government’s latest update shows the number of people who have tested positive for the virus, also known as COVID-19, has gone from 39 to 44 between Sunday and Monday.
NHS GGC is the health board responsible for Renfrewshire and East Renfrewshire.
The health board now has the highest number of cases in the whole of Scotland.
Figures show the total cases across the country have risen from 153 to 171 overnight.
A total of 4,895 tests have now been completed, with 4,724 confirmed negative.
