COPS have launched an investigation after around £10,000 worth of cigarettes were nabbed during a break-in in Renfrew.
Thieves targeted the Spar shop in Paisley Road at around 1am on Thursday.
Police say it appears from CCTV footage the crooks gained access to the shop via the roof.
Sergeant Barry McNaught, of Renfrewshire community policing team, said: "They made off with quite a lot of stuff, including around £10,000 worth of cigarettes and other items. We believe they gained access through the roof, which is quite unusual.
"A lot of the incident was caught on CCTV but we are keen to hear from anyone who may have dash cam footage or who may have been around at the time."
Anyone who has information should call 101.
