A MAN is to stand trial charged with a sex attack on a 15-year-old girl at a cycle path in Renfrewshire.
Sean Moynihan allegedly tried to rape the teenager in Paisley in May 2008.
The 33-year-old appeared for a short hearing at the High Court in Glasgow today, where his lawyer, Laura Reilly, confirmed a plea of not guilty on his behalf.

Lady Scott set a trial date for February next year, with the case to be heard in Livingston.
Proceedings there could last up to eight days.
