DRIVERS are experiencing major tailbacks on the Erskine Bridge due to a road traffic collision.
The crash happened at 8.38am on Thursday on the A898 going south bound.
Commuters are facing long delays stretching back to the to A82 Great Western Road.
Lane 1 has been closed to motorists but lane 2 has reopened.

Drivers have reported that the car overturned on its roof and a woman had to be rescued by firemen.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue spokeswoman said: “The Scottish Fire and Rescue Service was alerted at 8.38am on Thursday, March 29 to a road traffic collision on M898, Erskine Bridge.
“Operations control mobilised three fire engines to the incident which involved one car.
“Crews safely removed one female casualty and passed her into the care of Scottish Ambulance Service personnel. She was thereafter transferred to hospital.
“Firefighters left the scene after ensuring the area was made safe.”
