A BUSY Erskine road was closed off as emergency services dealt with an electrical fire.
The blaze was caused after underground light cables went up in flames on the A726 between Centreholm roundabout and Southholm roundabout.
It happened on Saturday, February 10 at around 8.40pm.
Police diverted traffic from the area while crews respond to the incident.
A Scottish Fire and Rescue Service spokesman said: "We were alerted to reports of an electrical fire at 8.38pm on Saturday, February 10.
"Operations Control mobilised two fire appliances to the Centreholm Roundabout, Erskine, where firefighters extinguished the fire.
"Crews left the scene after ensuring the area had been made safe."
